Within the DIRNA project framework, Nakhchivan State University held a special Information Day for administrative staff to discuss the growing role of repository systems in the University’s digital transformation agenda. The event emphasized that successful repository implementation is not only a technical process, but also an institutional responsibility requiring strong coordination between administrative units.
Throughout the session, participants exchanged views on repository workflow management, digital documentation practices, institutional support mechanisms, and sustainability processes. Discussions focused on how administrative structures can contribute to the effective organization, continuity, and long-term development of repository services.
The event played an important role in strengthening institutional awareness and encouraging closer cooperation among administrative departments in the implementation of modern digital infrastructure at the University.
