

On 20 -25 October 2025, Nakhchivan State University organized an information event to present the outcomes of the ENGAGE Project to students and academic staff and to highlight the development of the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The event focused on strengthening entrepreneurial mindset, innovation culture, and sustainable university development through ENGAGE activities. Rajab Jafarli, Advisor to the Rector and ENGAGE Project Manager, delivered a speech titled “ENGAGE as a Strategic Tool for Building an Entrepreneurial University Culture,” emphasizing the project’s role in embedding entrepreneurship into education and institutional practice. Ulvi Bakhshli, Advisor to the Rector for Financial Issues, spoke on “Financial Sustainability for University Entrepreneurship,” highlighting funding mechanisms and long-term institutional support for innovation initiatives. Elsever Asadov, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, presented “Integrating Science, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship,” stressing the transformation of research outcomes into societal and economic value. The event demonstrated how ENGAGE contributes to building a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem at NSU by linking education, research, and innovation, and reaffirmed the university’s commitment to entrepreneurial and innovation-driven development.
