The Rector of Nakhchivan State University, Elbrus Isayev, provided an overview of the university’s activities, noting that the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Entrepreneurs Confederation and Cahan Holding have traditionally supported students both financially and morally, particularly by encouraging their participation in international projects. Vugar Abbasov, Chairman of the Entrepreneurs Confederation and Founder of Cahan Holding, emphasized that one of the key goals of national reforms is the development of qualified local professionals and the effective integration of young people into domestic enterprises. He highlighted the importance of students actively benefiting from training and practical opportunities. A Memorandum of Cooperation was subsequently signed between Nakhchivan State University, the Entrepreneurs Confederation, and Cahan Holding. The agreement focuses on expanding university–industry cooperation, engaging Economics students in joint projects, trainings, and internships, and organizing scientific-practical events and motivational activities. It also envisages joint initiatives within the NSU Technology Park, combining academic expertise with business practice. This partnership represents a key impact and main deliverable of the Erasmus+ ENGAGE Project, strengthening university–labour market relations, enhancing student employability, and supporting the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem at NSU. At the end of the meeting, Rector Elbrus Isayev presented commemorative gifts to Vugar Abbasov.
