Müslümova Fatma Əhməd qızı 1991-ci ildə Culfa şəhərində anadan olmuşdur. 2008-ci ildə Culfa şəhər 1 saylı orta məktəbi bitirib, həmin ildə Naxçıvan Dövlət Universitetinin Fizika –Riyaziyyat fakültəsinin Riyaziyyat- İnformatika ixtisasına qəbul olmuşdur. 2012-ci ildə bu ixtisası fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirib, Naxçıvan Dövlət Universitetinin Magistratura fakültəsinin Komputer elmləri istiqamətinin İnformatika ixtisasına qəbul olmuş, 2014-cü ildə oranı fərqlənmə diplomu ilə bitirmişdir. 2014-2018-ci illərdə Naxçıvan Dövlət Universitetinin İnformatika kafedrasında Mühəndis-proqramçı vəzifəsində çalışmışdır. 2018-ci ildən həmin universitetin 1202.01-Analiz və funksional analiz ixtisası üzrə dissertantıdır. 2020-ci ilin sentyabr ayından İnformatika kafedrasında müəllim vəzifəsində çalışmış, 2023-cü ildən əmək fəaliyyətinə Ümumi riyaziyyat kafedrasında müəllim olaraq davam etməkdədir.
